Carolyn Martin joined CPRT as CFO in 2002, bringing more than two decades of real estate management to the Baton Rouge-based firm. Martin has overseen the rehabilitation of shopping centers, as well as complex financing for the reclamation of a historic hotel into a signature downtown property and thus, creating a new hospitality division for the company – Colonnade Hospitality.
Tina Rance has over 25 years in the hospitality business and her career has included Catering/Event planning, pre-opening hotel teams, task force hotel teams, hospitality management and extensive sales and marketing leadership. She provides a unique combination of tools and direction to continuously contribute marketing and operational transactions to the development team to ensure long-term success.
Stephanie Day has over 25 years in the hospitality business. She has an extensive background in food and beverage catering and convention service and sales. She has overseen banquet operations for hotels and conference centers.
